Your 5-year-old is already racially biased. Here’s what you can do about it.

I'm going to start posting a bit more again.  Many of us were reeling after the election and needed to take a breather, and I'm one of them.  We needed time to discover/remind ourselves that most Americans who voted for President Trump didn't do so because of prejudice against others.  They voted as they did for other reasons.  Nonetheless, pushing out positive messages about diversity, equity, and inclusion at home and work seems even more important now. 


In the sprit of that, a colleague recently sent me this helpful primer on raising inclusive kids, which I happily share with you.
